This is my favorite line from one of my favorite films. It will probably surprise you very much to know that I love this film because it is a romance which is consistent with Calvinist Christian theology, which I hold to be the most consistently Biblical and accurate theology. This line reflects our belief that the Sovereign God crafts all of reality for His glory but also for the blessing of His children, those who put their trust in Him.
