And here we are, today. And the new year already feels so far away.

We may have forgotten a few of those promises made to ourselves.

And there is no need to shame for that. Today itself, it is a new day.

And it is this day that matters, this moment that matters.

It's not just the year, but every single moment and day.

So let's Break Free. Free of shame or guilt.

Break Free of past beliefs. Free of once upon a time.

Break free from a cage. Just to dare ourselves to fly.

Break Free of doubt. Free of fear.

Break Free of what holds us down, holds us back.

Break Free of whatever it is you decide, you want to be free from.

What a powerful liberty. What a beautiful choice.
